Order Processing

All orders are processed within 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders through USPS Ground, and sometimes UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on the fastest and most reliable option for your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
